The value of the resource which could be of type string or AccountReference. The metadata values for rules BlockedPayeeAccountReqPayDebitRule, BlockedPayerAccountReqPayDebitRule, BlockedPayeeAccountReqPayCreditRule and BlockedPayerAccountReqPayCreditRule should be of type AccountReference. For all other rules, metadata values should be of type string.
The length of the value
field depends on the type of
the value being used for the rule metadata. The following are the minimum
and maximum lengths for the different types of values.
