This job may be used in [CreateCryptoKey][google.cloud.kms.v1.KeyManagementService.CreateCryptoKey] and [CreateCryptoKeyVersion][google.cloud.kms.v1.KeyManagementService.CreateCryptoKeyVersion] requests.
