Struct google_api_proto::google::cloud::dialogflow::cx::v3beta1::sessions_client::SessionsClient
source · pub struct SessionsClient<T> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
A session represents an interaction with a user. You retrieve user input and pass it to the [DetectIntent][google.cloud.dialogflow.cx.v3beta1.Sessions.DetectIntent] method to determine user intent and respond.

) -> SessionsClient<InterceptedService<T, F>>where
F: Interceptor,

<T as Service<Request<BoxBody>>>::Error: Into<StdError> + Send + Sync,
sourcepub fn send_compressed(self, encoding: CompressionEncoding) -> Self
pub fn send_compressed(self, encoding: CompressionEncoding) -> Self
Compress requests with the given encoding.
This requires the server to support it otherwise it might respond with an error.
sourcepub fn accept_compressed(self, encoding: CompressionEncoding) -> Self
pub fn accept_compressed(self, encoding: CompressionEncoding) -> Self
Enable decompressing responses.
sourcepub fn max_decoding_message_size(self, limit: usize) -> Self
pub fn max_decoding_message_size(self, limit: usize) -> Self
Limits the maximum size of a decoded message.
Default: 4MB
sourcepub fn max_encoding_message_size(self, limit: usize) -> Self
pub fn max_encoding_message_size(self, limit: usize) -> Self
Limits the maximum size of an encoded message.
Default: usize::MAX
sourcepub async fn detect_intent(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoRequest<DetectIntentRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<DetectIntentResponse>, Status>
pub async fn detect_intent( &mut self, request: impl IntoRequest<DetectIntentRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<DetectIntentResponse>, Status>
Processes a natural language query and returns structured, actionable data as a result. This method is not idempotent, because it may cause session entity types to be updated, which in turn might affect results of future queries.
Note: Always use agent versions for production traffic. See Versions and environments.
sourcepub async fn server_streaming_detect_intent(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoRequest<DetectIntentRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<Streaming<DetectIntentResponse>>, Status>
pub async fn server_streaming_detect_intent( &mut self, request: impl IntoRequest<DetectIntentRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<Streaming<DetectIntentResponse>>, Status>
Processes a natural language query and returns structured, actionable data as a result through server-side streaming. Server-side streaming allows Dialogflow to send partial responses earlier in a single request.
sourcepub async fn streaming_detect_intent(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoStreamingRequest<Message = StreamingDetectIntentRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<Streaming<StreamingDetectIntentResponse>>, Status>
pub async fn streaming_detect_intent( &mut self, request: impl IntoStreamingRequest<Message = StreamingDetectIntentRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<Streaming<StreamingDetectIntentResponse>>, Status>
Processes a natural language query in audio format in a streaming fashion and returns structured, actionable data as a result. This method is only available via the gRPC API (not REST).
Note: Always use agent versions for production traffic. See Versions and environments.
sourcepub async fn match_intent(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoRequest<MatchIntentRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<MatchIntentResponse>, Status>
pub async fn match_intent( &mut self, request: impl IntoRequest<MatchIntentRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<MatchIntentResponse>, Status>
Returns preliminary intent match results, doesn’t change the session status.
sourcepub async fn fulfill_intent(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoRequest<FulfillIntentRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<FulfillIntentResponse>, Status>
pub async fn fulfill_intent( &mut self, request: impl IntoRequest<FulfillIntentRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<FulfillIntentResponse>, Status>
Fulfills a matched intent returned by [MatchIntent][google.cloud.dialogflow.cx.v3beta1.Sessions.MatchIntent]. Must be called after [MatchIntent][google.cloud.dialogflow.cx.v3beta1.Sessions.MatchIntent], with input from [MatchIntentResponse][google.cloud.dialogflow.cx.v3beta1.MatchIntentResponse]. Otherwise, the behavior is undefined.
sourcepub async fn submit_answer_feedback(
&mut self,
request: impl IntoRequest<SubmitAnswerFeedbackRequest>,
) -> Result<Response<AnswerFeedback>, Status>
pub async fn submit_answer_feedback( &mut self, request: impl IntoRequest<SubmitAnswerFeedbackRequest>, ) -> Result<Response<AnswerFeedback>, Status>
Updates the feedback received from the user for a single turn of the bot response.
